The moment we have all been waiting for!

If all have gone according to plan then we here at Prime Concepts Group have finished developing all of your website pages and content. This is the point where we need your thumbs up to put a close the development phase of the project and launch your site from the development site to the live site.

It is important that you review the entire site, not only on your primary computer or monitor but other screens as well. Once the site goes live you will have a specified amount of time to contact us to make adjustments.

Please fill out the form below and check the approval box to approve your website launch.

Your submission of this form verifies that you are “signing off” on the development phase of your website.  This sign-off also indicates you understand that future edits to the website may incur additional fees.

Once you’ve submitted approval, we will then schedule the launch date on the agreed upon date and message you that day to remind you of what is happening.

Simply fill out this form – it will be emailed to the PCG Team and we will move forward into the Launch Phase.
